Shipping

Everlasting Floral and Event Design LLC ships all orders within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday) using the following carriers: United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). To return your product see our Returns & Refund Policy below.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery times and requests for specific delivery days and times.

Cancellation

Cancellation of orders must be made by calling or emailing Everlasting Floral and Event Design LLC within 24 hours of the time the order in placed.

Product Availability

Everlasting Floral and Event Design LLC makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, there may be occasions when we confirm an order, but we learn that we are unable to fulfill the order either at all or in the quantities ordered. This may be due to manufacturing issues or the product becomes discontinued. When Everlasting Floral and Event Design LLC is unable to source the product ordered we will contact you and inform you and discuss available fulfillment options.

Return and Refund Policy

Everlasting Floral and Event Design LLC will refund unused items within 15 days of purchase, after 15 days we are unable to accept the item. To be eligible for a refund the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received (its original, undamaged, sealed packaging). To complete your refund, Everlasting Floral and Event Design LLC requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

Tampered Items

Everlasting Floral and Event Design LLC does not accept items that have been tampered with or used.

Exchanges

Everlasting Floral and Event Design LLC will only exchange an item if it is defective. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days we are unable to accept the item. To complete your exchange, Everlasting Floral and Event Design LLC requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Charges

For online order returns or exchanges, shipping charges will not be refunded. It's your responsibility to pay and arrange for shipping the product back to us if you are returning or exchanging an online purchase.

Sales

All sales are final and products that are on sale are not exchangeable nor refundable.
